The certificate is uploaded to the seller’s account in the appropriate section. You will receive detailed instructions when working with us.

6. For how long is the insurance issued?

The insurance certificate is valid for one year. It needs to be updated after a year.

7. What happens if you do not renew your insurance?

If you do not renew your certificate of insurance, then your seller account will not meet all the requirements of Amazon. That means that Amazon can apply sanctions to you: from the suspension of payments to the blocking of the seller’s account.

8. Do I need to continue insurance for another year?

Yes. You are still obliged to renew your insurance. Please note that Amazon sends emails with a request – do not miss out.

9. If my account claim is now below $10,000 per month, do I need to continue with insurance?

Yes, $10,000 is the threshold after which you must continue to cover each year.

10. Is it possible to get insurance from a Ukrainian company next year after cooperation with an accelerator company?
